Smooth, smart, consistent, vicious, and real, are just a few words that can be used to describe New Orleans based rapper Neil-Z, who relocated to Phoenix, Arizona after Hurricane Katrina, where he has been blazing the hip hop scene in AZ, bring that dirty down south flava to the Southwest. Neil-Z is blessed with a unique voice, versatile style, and an uncanny stage presence. If you have not had a chance to witness Neil-Z live performance, I strongly recommend you see him perform live, you will understand why he says “If you ain’t screaming C-4 Bottom Up, What Is U Talking Bout” Neil-Z also won first place in The 2007 Source Magazine Unsigned Hype Hip Hop Tour, that will be featured in the April issue of the Source Magazine. This dude is destined to be a voice from the south that’ll be here for a long time, so consider yourself warned.
